School Life
School Lunches
School lunches are provided by Aspens. The meals provided are varied and are freshly prepared and cooked on the premises.
The canteen provides a breakfast from 8am, break time and lunchtime service. Students are able to purchase food using the “cashless” catering system. Staff and students access their accounts using their fingerprint (a biometric scan, which generates a unique numeric code and does not store the fingerprint).
Students can top-up their personal accounts with cash in school or online via ParentMail.
Students are also welcome to bring their own packed lunch, which they can eat in the canteen or at one of the picnic tables around the school.
Sometimes we have a special menu to celebrate particular events e.g. Black History Month, Christmas or Chinese New Year.
The canteen provides a range of options each day, including soup, sandwiches, pasta, jacket potatoes as well as a meat and vegetarian option.
